Power of Attorney and Bill of Sale Motor Vehicle
In FLorida is there a form that combines the Power of a Attorney for Sale of a Mobile Home and a BIll of Sale.

No really. Have the seller sign the title on the back where indicated. the bill of sale can be executed by anyone as the seller's agent.

No but you could have an attorney prepare a limited power of attorney for you.
