power company
Can a power company turn power off to a well that supplys water to live stock . With out write or verbal notices if your 10 days late. and it puts you stock in danger .

I don't know the answer, but absent there being a specific statute on point, you should read your contract with your power company. More than likely it will provide that they can turn off the power if you do not pay. If the power has gone out by some other means, you may want to look into purchasing a back up gas/diesel powered generator to power your well. Good luck.
