Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Printed price for vechicle
I have found a printed advertisment for a vechicle for $13,999 which includes a photo of the vechicle. I went to the dealership to view the vechicle and the price on the windows in much higher than the printed publication price. Does the dealership need to seel me the vechicle for the printed price in the advertisment or can they state it is mis-printed and refuse the sale at the printed price?? Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Re: Printed price for vechicle
They'll probably be able to say it was a misprint unless you can prove otherwise. Contact the paper, ask how often this happens.
