Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Privacy Policy
I received an email today from a large corporation. That in itself was nothing unusual. What surprised me was that the To: list of names was visable. I was able to see the email addresses of everyone this email was sent to and everyone was able to see my email address. I can't imagine that isn't a violation of their Privacy Policy. The website is publixboxtops.
