Product Liability
I wish to start selling a handmade product via the internet. (bicycle racks). What can I do to protect myself? If one of my racks were to cause injury, how can I be protected from lawsuits and such?

That is extremely difficult if not impossible. If your product contains a defect that causes injury to the purchaser or to a third party, you are liable.
