Puppy Problem

We purchased a puppy from a local breeder for $1500. The dog was not weined when we took him home at 8 wks old. Within two days, we brought the dog back to the breeder. She said she would refund us for the dog once he was re-sold. This was in early November 2006. Now she is saying we have to come get the dog-that she cannot keep him any longer. Do we have a case against this breeder?

Depends what your agreement was. Was anything in writing? If so, what are the trerms. If you have nothing ion writing, obviously, there will be a dispute about what the contract was.
