Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Puppy purchase
I bought a puppy from a breeder. I was supposed to pick up the puppy in two weeks, but she just called to tell me she ''accidentally'' sold it to someone else. She has offered me my money back, but my daughter and girlfriend want that dog. What do it do?

Re: Puppy purchase
It is realistically not worth the time or money to sue over this. My advice would be to accept a replacement dog. They will probably throw in some doggy treats tp make you happy. Not everything deserves a law suit. This is one of those that does not.
