Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchase a car for $5000 after a month the transmission die, went back to the dealer and they gave me the round around about the car having no warranty, they got me to lease a 2007 Nissan Sentra with a monthly payments of $ 340 + insurance and all my other expenses I was not able to make the month payment. I was trying to look for another car, so I keep the Nissan till the reposes the car, I was always in contact with the dealer and he told me to take the car and there will be no other payment. They actually reposes the car and now are billing me for $4800 for all kinds of things.
Kindly advise how can I defend my self since I cannot affort nor I want to pay for this bill.
thank you

You can't use a car for free and I doubt that the dealer told you that.
Look at the paper work you signed.
