Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Purchased a new 2011 accord, today, drove 40 miles with two drivers both had terrible back aches. Went online and found MANY complaints of SEVERVE back pain due to seat design. Short test drive does not show the issue. How do I get the dealer to take back car 16 hours and 80 miles later. I can not drive this Car!!!

I would check the terms of your contract. Florida law does not have a cooling off period to help you here. Check with the dealer.
