Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased a boat from a gentleman for $6,000. He assured me that all was well and I specifically asked about the engine. I took the boat to a marina where we plan on keeping it and had them go over the boat. @ of the cylinders were shot and $2000 in repairs are needed. Do I have recourse?
