Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I purchased a used car from a used car lot a week ago. I put 1000 down and on lot financed the rest. Within an hour of leaving the lot the car began to overheat and was making a loud knocking and no oil in it. I was suspose to be sold with a 90 day warranty that the sales lady did not include by mistake. The dealer came and got the car the next day and is going to "repair" it. A week later I have no car to drive and no answer from the dealer on what, when, why is wrong with the car. I have decided that I no longer want this car because of the circumstances. How do I get out of the loan agreement and get my deposit back. Do I have any legal standing since i didnt have possession of the car for even 24 hours?

There is no specific law which gives you the right to return a used car. Your recourse is governed by the contracts you signed for purchase of the car.
