Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased a car titled in Missouri. I never titled or registered the car in my name in Florida where I live. Never drove the car. I lost the title and the bill of sale. I now want to title in my name so that I can sell it. What can I do?

You will need, probably, to get with the seller to get a replacement bill of sale and then transfer the title as you should have long ago.
