Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
purchased a car last week from a individual but on button of bill of sale it says a LLC name. 2 days after we purchased it, the engine lights came on. We took it to a repair shop and we had to get a new catalytic converter cost of 640.00. Do we have any recouse even if the bill of sale says "as is" . Is it legal in the state of Florida to sell a car with a faulty catalytic converter?

If you bought it "as is" without any warranty or service contract, you are out of luck. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com on auto fraud.
