Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased a dress online from Ebay for my wedding and apparently the post office placed it in another mailbox, but because the status says delivered Ebay claims they are not responsible, and the post office claims there is nothing they can do, but honestly something has to be done, I paid money and I have no dress!

If you paid by PayPal or credit card, you can file a dispute. Also file a missing item report with the post office, and check your ebay account and the address the seller wrote on the item. Since the seller paid to have delivery confirmation, and you didn't pay to insure the item, in addition to any shipping charges, you may be out the money, unless there is some language in the seller's posting or your agreement that makes the seller is responsible for insurance. The seller has proof of delivery by the post office, so the evidence weighs in her favor. Next time use FED EX.
