Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased an extended warranty / protection plan for a vehicle I purchased. I submitted a claim September 09 which was denied by the warranty company. I am filing another claims for the same damages that occur in September 09, if my second claim is denied what legal action can I take and who can I contact for help or legal representation.
Sincerely,
Unhappy consumer

First, read the contract and make sure your potential claim is covered. Unfortunately, in my experience I have found that many things are excluded from coverage under those extended warranty contracts.
