Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased a 2010 Mazda 6 with ESP July 17 2011. I just received a letter from the dealership saying they could not warranty the 2006 Mazda. I think the 2006 was a typo, and if they can't warranty the car I don't want it. What can I do?

Call them to see if they are mixed up. Do a search of the title to see if it is a 2010 or a 2006. If they claimed it was a 2010 and sold you a 2010, you have a fraud claim. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com for website to check vin #.
