Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I purchased a motorcycle from the showroom at a dealer and when I picked up the motorcyle, the dealer realised a factory installed alarm was on it but I was not charged for it. He wants to charge me $500.00 for it when I come in for my inspection. Am I obliged to pay for it? They have my VISA information and I don't want to pay for it. I paid for the bike as it was on the showroom floor.

What does your contract with dealer say? I woudl argue, I bought it as equipped and I am not paying you any more for it. For further inquiries check out our web site www.behrenlaw.com.

Check the contract. If bought as the showroom model, they should not be charging you.
