Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
i purchased a used vehicle from a dealer on Feb. 14th, i specificaly asked the salesman if it was a 6 cylinder because i did not want a 4 cylinder. I signed paperwork and went on my way. After driving it for 5 days i knew something just was not right with the power, so i did a VIN number check and found out it was a 4 cylinder. I immediately called the dealership and told them of the issue. Do i have any legal rights to make them take the car back and give me my trade in back or have them get me the vehicle that i was told i was getting. They have been putting off doing anything and i don't want to run out of time.
