I purchased a motorcycle and now have buyers remorse. Do I have 3 days to return it?

Nope -- not unless it was sold to you by someone that came knocking at your front door.

No. There is no right to return a motor vehicle in Florida. The mistake is yours and the dealer does not have to take it back. They may repurchase it from you, but it will generally be at a much lesser amount.
