Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
put $1000 dollars down out of $1600 at used car lot did not take possession car still on lot do not wish to purchase car now and dealer said down payment is non refundable have receipt it does not say non refundable anywhere on it

If all you signed was a deposit slip to hold a car, then you are OK. If signed more than that, you need to have a consumer lawyer look at the documents. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
