Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

My question is that I purchase a a pre-owned car from a car dealership in my area Inpanema Auto mall. The car company is now closed I had no way of contacting them. Until finally i called a finance company who deal with them. I need to know what is the situation i still owed to the car i do not who to pay i am worried about my title they claimed they had a finance company, in which it in registered by credit breaur. Please help

You need to supply more facts. However, guessing here, it looks like you bought a car and was paying the dealer and not a fianance company, but jut learned of the finance company?
