Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
According to our racquet club documents in Florida, we must give a 60 day notice of resignation by Nov 1 to avoid being charged a full year's dues for the next calendar year. However, we do not know our renewal charge before Nov 1. We usually get it in our Nov bill received in Dec. Can we be forced to abide by the Nov 1 deadline for resignation when we do not know the next year's charge?

Send a letter of resignation now and state that you would consider renewal if your recieve a renewal bill 90 days before the expiration of the agreement.
