Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Received item from fedex
I had called about a computer, gave details of what i would like. They emailed me about the item and what it would cost. I didn't order the item. Three weeks later i recived the computer.
Do have to sent it back or pay for it ?

Don't open it. Or reseal it and mail it back unless you want to pay what they will be billing you for it. You don't get to keep what you don't pay for because you wouldn't be able to justify that action to a judge under normal facts.

send it back. call and let them know it was sent in error and they will arrange for its return at no cost to you.
