Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I received my prescription of Methadone from Walgreens Pharmacy and when I got Home to take it, it was fine the first day but on the second day I noticed when I poured a couple out that there was some smaller pills that were almost the same size but not immediately unidentifiable. After further investigating I had two different sets of numbers on the pills as well as the two different sizes but both still white in color and round in shape! The Methadone has a 54/142 on it and the other a 54/262, which to my surprise was found to be Morphine Sulfate 30mg. I was surprised because I know a few people that are allergic to Morphine and learned that this can cause serious harm or death if taken! Is this a lawsuit? What kind of Attorney would be able to help me?

While does in fact appear to be negligence on behalf of the pharmacy, you probably do not have much of a law suit because you were not damaged by the behavior. You should contact the pharmacy to have the issue corrected since you could potentially be charged with possession of a controlled substance related to the morphine.
