Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Received Substantially Lesser Quality Product Than Ordered
I ordered a bare bones computer from an online store. I selected all retail box items. The majority of what I received is of different manufacturers and lesser specifications that what I ordered. The company will not refund anything if I return and they will not exchange for correct items.
What are my rights? Can I pursue litigation in Iowa (where I live) or does it have to be in Florida (where the company is located)? Thank you in advance.

Re: Received Substantially Lesser Quality Product Than Ordered
This is probably an Iowa question. Look at your sales contract. That will control your rights.
