Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I am a recent graduate of medvance institute. 2 weeks prior to my graduation they informed me i owe them another 1000.00 because the contract that I signed the figures on it didnt add up. On the contract I agreed to pay 110.00 a month which I did I fulfilled my part of the contract. Do I have to pay because they screwed up. I told them if I knew this I would of never signed up. They are going to hold up my graduation certificate. and im suppose to take a certification test which they wont let me take until I pay the balance.
Also I found out they tried to get another loan from sallie mae to try and pay bill which i didnt know about until sallie mae wrote to me with reasons why they couldnt give me the loan.
