Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I recently bought a misadvertised car. The car was involved in a flood just before the previous owner advertised it. He also claimed the car had warranty which it did not. I drove it for a few days until the engine failed. I want to claim damages from him to cover my repair costs. Under what florida laws could I claim damages?
Thank you.
