You are in a difficult situation, but with a little work, maybe you can do something. First, read the fine print on the agreement to see if there is any type of warranty. Second, have a friend look at the car to make sure there is no starter interruption device on the car. This is put on many times to prevent the car from starting so that a purchaser defaults on payment so that the car and be picked up and then you are sued for the debt of the car and exorbitant repo fees.

Next, do a title search on the car to see what the odometer reading was when the dealer got it, how times it was sold, and what the reading was on the odometer when you got it. There is a 50/50 chance there was fraud here. Also, ask the dealer for the title of the car when they bought it.

If there is something shady here, call me and or use the fraud to negotiate a new deal.
