Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Recently had a cleaning service do a move out clean. They damaged our sink and tub and when I contacted the manager she told me the damage was there (she wasnt there when the cleaning crew showed up) and that she was not responsible for the damage. Now my landlord ants to charge me for the damage. What can I do?

Be able to prove they caused the damage and sue them.
