Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I recently purchased a German Shepherd puppy from a licensed breeder and returned the puppy within three weeks due to his being terrified of strangers and other puppies. The contract states the following: Seller warrants the puppy until 12 months to be free of genetic disease that would cause severe disability or death. Seller agrees to replace the puppy with one of equal value in the event that one of the above warranted defects applies from the next available litter. If there is a price difference between the litters, the difference must be paid by the buyer. The shipping cost of the replacement pup is the buyers responsibility.
The seller wants me to accept another dog or puppy. Am I entitled to a refund ? I would accept slightly less.

From what you have provided, you would not be entitled to either a replacement or a refund, so it seems nice that they have oferred a replacement puppy.
