Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Refund for Daycare
I registered my daughter for summer camp at a local daycare and a week later decided to put her somewhere else. When I called the school to ask for a refund they said that because I signed the registration form it was non-refunable. I asked if the money could be transfered to my niece who attends the school year round and was told no. The summer program does not start for another 5 weeks. Do I have any legal recourse?

Look at your contract. It will describe your rights.
