Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I rent an apartment from a condo owner in Kendall and one of the lights that are on the premises has been out of order for 5 weeks and the land management company has not fixed the problem are they responsible

The owner and/or management company are responsible to keep safety features, such as lighting in good working condition.
