Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I requested a quote for a specific car from a dealership, the internet manager responded with the car details including the VIN and the price. I then asked if this was the definitive price or if there were any special qualifications, he responded "this is the price you do not have to qualify for anything." He then s by another email saying "print this and bring it in, we will honor the price that is our guarantee". I printed out the email chain took it to the dealer and they are now saying that they will not honor the price, it is on the same vehicle. Is there any way to make then honor the price that I have in writing as a guarantee?
