Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
No response from bank after many contacts.
Okay I just bought a new house so I have a new address. I have not recieved a bill in 2 months and I know I am now late I have been trying to contact the bank. GMAC keeps emailing me telling me I will hear from them in 3-5 B.D.
However I am a real estate investor and need to Keep my credit in good standing and I need to know what to do. And know I want to terminate my lease due to the whole matter.

I doubt you have sufficient grounds to terminate the lease.
