does a retailer have to sell you an item that is mismarked for the price marked in the state of Florida?

If the price was actually marked, (and not a switched price tag), generally the retailer will sell the item for the marked price, as an accomodation. UNLESS, the price is so obviously a mistake, such as a $100 item mis-marked for $1. You do not provide enough facts to make a determination as to whether or not the retailer was obligated to honor the price marked.
