Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Right to return a new car
Purchased two new cars in Fort Lauderdale area. Changed mind about cost, decided to return one of them. The car is at the dealership, they took possession, but state they did not ''accept return of car''. What is the state law regarding auto return within 24 hours of purchase? Is it a state or federal issue?
