Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

can i return a car after signing the contract ? how many days do i have to return it without having my credit affected? a deal was made to me and a discount was given for me to sign the contract but i recieved a bill from the tag stating that i owe 200.55$ for the tag when they gave me a credit on the car for the same amount in order for me to get the deal with them but they did not take the 200.55$ from the car price , the took it from the tag's price. and they dont want to do anything about it.
