NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

The car is no longer "new" once it leaves the car dealer's lot. Unless the dealer offered you a 90 day return policy, there is none provided under Florida law.

If you were to return the car now, there would be severe financial consequences. It might be smarter to try and sell the car and use the proceeds to pay off your loan (if applicable). Then you can do as you please.

Re: returning a new car

Generally the answer to your question is, "No," you may not return the car and get a refund. The only exception I would think is possible is if you have some special ability in your contract for sale that would allow you to do so. I have never seen such a clause, though, and would be surprised if one is there.
