Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Returning a used car after signing the contract that conflicts with public law o

Can I fight in a court of law to change a unlawful contract that denies and is contrary to the public law of consumer rights? And also would the below situation be considered fraudulent actions and sellsmanship?

A car dealership swindled me into signing a contract for buying a used car. When the seller showed me the car, it was DIRTY, and had scratches, and bumper stickers all over. He swore the car would look totally different the next day and that I wouldn't even know it was the same car. He never let me test drive the used car.

The next day after signing the contract, I said I didn't want the car, but the used car manager refused to let me rescind the contract. In the contract was a clause that stated a no cooling off period, meaning I'm stuck with the car, even though the law says different.

So after I went home, the dealer SPITEFULLY parked the car in the middle of the street BLOCKING my driveway so that I would not be able to get out. The car still had scratches on it and I could see the glue of where the bumper sticker had been.
