Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
do i have any rights if i bought a motorcycle from a dealer and they did not tell me it had a mso instead of a title. it has been two months and i have yet to recieve the title or a actual plate they just keep giving me a temporary tag.this motorcycle has since been in and out of their service department and still has clutch and electronic problems
