Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
sales contract 0n new car
When buyinga new car, credit manager mis-represented requirements for obtaining loan. We were told that lending company required extended warrenties (in the amount of $3,300) dollars. Because of the low interest rate we went along with it. After purchasing the car we found out from the lender that this was not a requirement and they knew nothing about it. When confronted the dealer took the warrenties off the loan, but we want to know what other recourse do we have? We feel this was fraud.

Re: sales contract 0n new car
You may have a civil claiom, but you fail to state any damages sustained as a result of the dealer's actions.
You may choose to file a complaint with the State Attorney's office.
