Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
sales invoice
If I make a sale and issue an Invoice that is accepted by my customer, is there a total obligation for him to pay the amount owed?
Is there any specific language that should be placed in the invoice in order to protect the payment of it?

Re: sales invoice
I know you need a sales date, description of the product/service sold, price, payment terms. But I would have to research to make sure this is all you would need. Industry custom may also dictate other terms. You should consult with an attorney that can confirm what you specifically need or you can just use a sample somewhere online and gamble.
