Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
When selling a vehicle privately that the bank has the title for, how do you convince people, or rather how do you handle the payoff of the vehicle so that the new buyer knows they will receive the clear title from the lender. Prospective buyers all worry about losing their money and not getting the title.
