Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
shopping cart incident
I drove into Publix shopping center and my car was hit by a shopping cart before I even exited my vehicle. The damages were $275, Publix says they are NOT responsible? Is that true?

Re: shopping cart incident
Unless Publix did something that caused the cart to hit your car, they are not responsible. The person "driving" the cart would be responsible.
