Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I signed a contract with Direct Buy Club, Sept.18,2012, with 600 down.The first day was to learn about the club and the second day was orgintation. 10 days later, I wrote Direct buy cancelled by membership and ask for my money back. Direct buy refused and said I had 3 days to cancel my membership and they were not giving me my 600 dollars back, and they had sold my contract and they would take me to court if I did not pay. I did not use any of the club services.What can I do to get my money back and void this contract?
