Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Signed up for day camp on June 21 and canceled on June 29. I did not sign anything but a waiver and they have no cancellation policy. Do they have to return my money?

They should have a cancellation policy. If they do not follow it, or refuse the refund, the clerk's fee for filing suit will likely be $300 and the sheriff's fee for service of process is $40. If you want to hire an attorney, you would be very lucky if one will take the case for $500. So, you can see that it may cost more than it is worth to sue the day camp.
