Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I signed a legal contract and paid a large sum on down money. Before the contract became payable in full, I became disabled. Do I need to follow thru or can I get my money refunded, because of the disability?

Unless the agreement says you are not liable if you are disabled, you may be stuck. Because i do not know the exact nature of the contract, it is impossible to tell. If it is a performance agreement, you may be able to get out of it.
