Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I signed a 5 year agreement with SafeTouch security systems in Sep 2009; where I pre-paid for 3 years of service with an agreement to pay on a monthly basis for the remaining 2 years.
I moved out of the address in Sep 2012 and SafeTouch claims that I must continue to pay for the service for the remaining 2 years even though it is not the address where I live.
What are my options?
Thanks.

It depends largely on what your agreement states relative to relocation or other possible contingencies. If there is not a clause that lets you out if you move, you may be in trouble. However, there may be breaches of the contract by SafeTouch that could provide a way out. A review of the contract is necessary.
