Signing of a bill of sale
i am about to purchase a new vehicle, the owner of the vehicle is my wife. Does she need to be present or can she sign the bill of sale prior to my visiting a dealership and not witnessed by the dealership?

If she will be the titled owner and the technical buyer, the dealership will require her there.
