Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
am in a situation with a cell phone co.never activated account but time limit up two different phones sent to me but neither one can be used because of a sight problem i have which was explained with the original order for the phones have only a third of an eye that works because of a stroke i had 8 months ago. Also, there is a class-action lawsuit against AT&T and Nokia concerning taxes and unlocking Sim cards how does one apply?
